7. Lost or Stolen Packages

We at The Lune Noir are responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We will issue another shipping.

8. Incorrect Address

Please double-check the shipping address before completing your order. The Lune Noir is not responsible for orders that are shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
